Cookie Policy

Cookies (and similar browser storage such as localStorage) are small text files that websites save in your browser. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time, and are widely used to make websites work, to remember choices, and — only with consent — to measure usage and support advertising.

Piclizer is deliberately light on cookies. Storage falls into four clearly separated groups:

Only the essential group is active by default. Analytics and advertising storage are created solely after you press “Accept” in the consent banner, and never before.

When advertising or analytics is consented to, the corresponding provider (currently Google) may set its own cookies from its domains. Google uses cookies such as the DART cookie to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can review Google's practices in Google's Privacy & Terms. We do not place any third-party marketing cookie ourselves and no such cookie is set if you decline.

You can accept or reject non-essential storage in the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer. Rejecting removes consent for future analytics/advertising scripts immediately; already-set third-party cookies can be cleared in one step from the same panel.

Every modern browser lets you view, delete and block cookies from its settings (usually under Privacy & Security). Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent the site from remembering your language or consent choice, but the tools themselves will keep working, since all file processing is independent of cookies.

We honour consent choices made in our banner. Where a browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a rejection of analytics and advertising storage.
