The Reorder Pages tool lets you drag pages of a PDF into exactly the order you want and produces a re-sequenced document. Visual thumbnails show each page, so you arrange by what you see rather than by page numbers you have to remember.
Scanner batches arrive out of order, combined reports mix sections, and print double-sides sometimes swap sheets. A document in the wrong order confuses readers and looks careless; one drag-and-drop session fixes it permanently, and the output keeps every page at original quality.
